Get Lit. Open Mic Night Returns!

Come home, loves. It has been too, too long. This may not be quite like our usual open mic night, I feel. More like a social. I do not have new work to share, but I hope to provide you the space to share yours if you have it. I also hope to give you space to dip your toes back in the waters of our arts/ writing community.

For those who may have joined our community over the course of the pandemic-- Get Lit. Open Mic Night has historically always been on the third Wednesday of every month at 7 pm. I do plan to keep it that way. This is mainly a poetry open mic, although fiction and music are welcome, just keep it simple/ acoustic because we do not have a stage or room for big bands and equipment.

Obviously the pandemic has put a two year hold on what we created together. Let's come home to each other and see how it goes. Please wear a mask indoors unless you're eating, drinking, or performing so we can keep our disabled and immunocompromised friends safe.
